I’m Cristina, founder and owner of Trinity Fit Space barre and fitness studio.
I began my career as a group fitness instructor over a decade ago. In that time, I have taught many different varieties of fitness class. The signature Trinity Fit Space classes; Barre, Spark and Mellow are a culmination of all my favourite ways to exercise and keep my body and mind well; simple, functional training (Spark) ballet-inspired cardio and strength work (Barre and Mellow) and low-impact strength, flexibility and mindful relaxation practice (Mellow).
Since gaining my Level 2 Exercise to Music qualification in 2007, I have certified as a Les Mills Advanced Bodybalance Instructor and a Les Mills Barre instructor.
My favourite fitness classes as both a teacher and a participant were always the ones with smaller groups; where I felt that the instructor could give more support, attention and encouragement than in larger classes.
I have opened Trinity Fit Space as a welcoming and supportive place for you to benefit from this small group fitness class experience.
Jorja started dancing at the age of two and has performed and competed in ballet, jazz and lyrical.
She studied at The Scottish School of Contemporary Dance, graduating with a First Class Honours Degree in Contemporary Dance Performance.
Jorja now works as a freelance dancer, dance teacher and fitness instructor and she is a member of Dance Base's 2020-21 DEBS Scheme.
Jorja is passionate about the incredible benefits that arts and movement can have on our physical and mental health.
